The details
This is a player driven league presented by the National Basketball Academy of Milwaukee. This program is designed to allow players to develop their skills while learning to play with new players. Each week there will be 20 minutes of skill work followed by a game. Players will be drafted onto teams. There will be no coaches. Teams will be assigned a GM to help with guidance; motivation; and substitutions. Each participant will receive a jersey. Parent-and-child music class for kids 6 months through 4 years, taught by Dana Sherman at Lydell. Sessions cover children's songs, finger play, creative movement, and different rhythms. Class moves outside when the weather is good. Every kid in the 6-month-to-4-year range needs to be registered, including siblings.
