Baby Time at the Wauwatosa Public Library is a delightful 20-minute session designed for the littlest ones and their caregivers. It's a chance to engage in simple stories, lap bounces, and songs that are perfect for infants up to 12 months old. The program is thoughtfully crafted to suit the developmental needs of babies, ensuring a nurturing environment for early learning.
Held in the library's Story Room, this event is a welcoming space for both new parents and seasoned caregivers. Older siblings can join in too, making it a family-friendly outing. Registration is recommended to ensure a spot, but walk-ins may be accommodated if there's room. It's a lovely way to introduce your baby to the joys of reading and rhythm.
Baby Time is an interactive 20-minute program for babies (0 - 12 months) with an adult. Enjoy simple stories, lap bounces, songs, rhymes, and fingerplays together! Older siblings are welcome. Registration is requested. Walk-in attendees will be welcomed in if space allows us to accommodate. Please note: Our children's programs are planned so that they are developmentally appropriate for children of the age range specified. Please respect these age limitations when registering children for programs.
